Please note that the form include player birthdays and is required by AAU.
**Coaches and Players should have Extended Coverage so that they are covered for all non-sanctioned volleyball activities (ex practice, scrimmage).

Note: Coaches should have a first aid kit for their team(s) at the tournament. Tournament sites are not expected to provide medical supplies for players in case of injuries.
Coaches also need to have rosters with valid AAU numbers ready to turn in when they arrive to the tournament site.
There is a $5.00 spectator fee for all spectators includes siblings.
**This supports the program hosting the tournament. (Volleyball East does not collect any of these funds.)
** Food Stands are fundraising opportunities for the hosting groups
so please be considerate and support the food stands when available.
** There are no parking fees for any of the tournaments.
Tournament schedules will be posted on Wednesday evening before each tournament weekend. They will be posted under the tournament links.

and clubs to run tournaments to support their programs.

AAU HEADS UP Concussion Free Courses are linked at the site above
for coaches, parents, and officials.
PIAA Spring Season Start Date is March 8th so we will be running tournaments
through February 27-28. Boys 14u can play Mar 7-8 if enough interest is there.

Due to the rising rates of the referees and supplies,
the registration will need to increase for the 2026-2027 season.
(New Cost $280)
We are hoping to have a starter schedule with locations
by mid-September and a full schedule by the end of Sept.
As the gyms are getting booked, we are listing them online.
** I have started the boys team list with age groups so
if you can email me your ages breakdown, I can update the list.
